These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trade VPS. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Service

We provide virtual private server hosting on a subscription basis. Plan specs, pricing, and renewal terms are shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Billing & renewals

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Failed payments may result in suspension after a grace period.
• Pricing may change with advance notice.

Service levels

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency work may interrupt service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 3 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Data is deleted within 30 days after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trade VPS is incorporated.
