This Privacy Policy explains how TradeVPS ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you use our website and Windows VPS hosting services.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, country code.
• Billing data: plan selected, invoices, payment references. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment processor (Razorpay) and are never stored on TradeVPS servers.
• VPS metadata: instance ID, region, plan, hostname, expiry, status.
• Usage data: login times, IP address, browser and device info, pages visited.
• Support data: tickets, messages, attachments, and chat transcripts you submit.

TradeVPS does not access the contents of your VPS except when strictly necessary to investigate abuse reports, comply with law, or when you explicitly request assistance.

2. How We Use Data

• Provisioning and managing your VPS.
• Processing payments, renewals, and refunds.
• Providing customer support and responding to tickets.
• Sending transactional email (receipts, expiry reminders, security alerts).
• Detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and enforcing our Terms.
• Improving the service and troubleshooting incidents.

3. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics, if enabled, is limited to aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. When you make a payment, card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet details are collected and stored by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. TradeVPS receives only a payment reference, status, and amount.

5. Authentication & Infrastructure

Authentication and database services are provided by our managed backend platform. Passwords are hashed and never accessible to TradeVPS staff. VPS infrastructure is provisioned via Vultr in the Delhi NCR region.

6. Logs & Security

We retain server, provisioning, and audit logs for security, debugging and compliance. Logs may include timestamps, IP addresses, request paths, and error details. Logs are retained for as long as necessary and are protected with access controls.

7. Sharing of Data

We share personal data only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) to process transactions.
• Infrastructure providers (Vultr, our managed backend platform) to run the service.
• Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

8. Your Rights

You may request, subject to verification and applicable law:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure of your account and associated data.
• Portability — an export of your profile in a machine-readable format.
• Objection to specific processing where legally applicable.

Requests can be submitted via the support portal.

9. Data Retention

Account and billing data are retained for the life of your account and for a statutory period thereafter for tax and compliance reasons. Ticket data is retained for reference and dispute resolution.

10. Security

We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level access controls, hashed passwords, secure secret storage, and least- privilege backend access. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.

11. Children

TradeVPS services are intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or dashboard notice.
