Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP defines activities that are prohibited on Trade VPS infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Prohibited content

• Illegal content under applicable law.
• Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, reported to authorities).
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property.
• Malware, phishing kits, and exploit hosting.

Prohibited activity

• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind.
• Network abuse: port scanning, DDoS, brute-force attacks, traffic flooding.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared resources.
• Adult content distribution at scale, gambling operations targeting prohibited jurisdictions.
• Circumventing rate limits, abuse-detection systems, or fair-use policies.

Trading-specific guidance

MT5, EA bots, and algorithmic trading workloads are explicitly permitted and supported.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse via the Support Center. We investigate every report.

Enforcement

We may suspend service without prior notice for severe or ongoing violations. Refunds are not issued for AUP-related terminations.
