Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines activities that are prohibited on Trade VPS Windows VPS hosting infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

Nature of the service

Trade VPS provides Windows VPS hosting services. Customers are solely responsible for the software they install, configure, and operate on their servers, and for ensuring such use complies with all applicable laws and this AUP.

Trade VPS does not provide investment advice, does not manage customer funds, does not provide brokerage services, and does not provide financial products.

Prohibited content

• Illegal content under applicable law.
• Child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance, reported to authorities).
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Malware, phishing kits, exploit hosting, or command-and-control infrastructure.

Prohibited activity

• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) of any kind.
• Network abuse: port scanning, DDoS, brute-force attacks, traffic flooding.
• Cryptocurrency mining on shared resources.
• Adult content distribution at scale, gambling operations targeting prohibited jurisdictions.
• Circumventing rate limits, abuse-detection systems, or fair-use policies.
• Any use that violates applicable financial, securities, anti-money-laundering, or consumer-protection laws.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse via the Support Center. We investigate every report received.

Enforcement

We may suspend service without prior notice for severe or ongoing violations. Refunds are not issued for AUP-related terminations.
