Refund Policy

Trade VPS provides Windows VPS hosting services. We do not provide investment advice, do not manage customer funds, do not provide brokerage services, and do not provide financial products. Customers are responsible for software installed on their servers.

Money-back window

New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase if the service does not meet documented specifications and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

Pro-rated refunds

Mid-cycle cancellations are not pro-rated except where required by law.

Exclusions

• Accounts terminated for AUP violations.
• Add-ons, custom configurations, and one-time setup fees.
• Disputes raised more than 60 days after the charge.

How to request

Open a refund request from the Support Center with your order ID. Decisions are issued within 5 business days.
